Matt was lovely from the start. My tooth holding my bridge had snapped. He explained thoroughly what treatment I needed, timescale and cost. He saved part of my bridge so no unnecessary cost. I’ve always been an extremely nervous patient when going to the dentist, however from the minute I walked in to the practice the reception team were amazing. Went to see Ash and Rachel within a minute I felt so comfortable and at ease. For the first time in my life, I am now excited to receive dental treatment. I used this dental practice over the summer and highly recommend it. During the appointment, we had a good, long talk about what might be causing my issues, the cleaning itself was comfortable, and I got a lot of advice and free samples (I travel a lot and need lots of miniatures and they gave me about a dozen mini toothpastes etc.). Very impressed with the professionalism on display and if I lived locally I’d definitely be happy to make this my regular dental practice.
